What does "cuticle aligned" mean?
All strands run the same direction, root to tip. That means less tangling, more shine and hair that lasts longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $. Smaller orders ship for a flat rate shown in your cart before you pay.
Can I buy hair and have you install it?
Yes. That's our favorite way to work. Book an install and bring your hair or buy it from us.
How do custom orders work?
Tell us what you want in the five-step form. We reply with a quote and timeline. A deposit begins production.
What are your appointment hours?
Weekends are open to everyone, 9 AM to 9 PM. Weekday evenings, 7 PM to 12 AM, are reserved for VIP members. Request VIP access in the booking form.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unaltered hair can be returned within the window stated at checkout. Custom, colored, cut or installed items are final sale. (Policy wording to be confirmed.)
Do you offer pay-in-4?
Pay-in-4 is available on eligible orders of $ and up at checkout.
